As part of the DEBATE ON THE STATE AND DEVELOPMENT NEEDS FOR RAILWAYS IN POLAND, we would like to present a statement by Mr Jaros³aw Rokita - Chairman of the Board of ROGUM KABLE Sp. z o.o. The statement concerns the issue of conditions, which should be met to enable subcontractors, especially Polish family businesses, to develop in co-operation with railways and leading manufacturers of rolling stock. This is a very important issue. Poland is investing huge funds in the railways. As a result, we should strive to strengthen domestic industry, which is often not the case.
